A dedicated and passionate educator, Ms Shelley has been providing structured and informal education for both clients and employees over a number of years. With specialised involvement in the Hospitality, Tourism and Retail industries, she has over 10 years’ experience internationally, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges faced when learning a new language for work purposes. Qualified in Training and Assessment, she has extensive experience in developing and delivering learning programs. She additionally has a comprehensive understanding of the adult Language and Literacy requirements which can impact upon learning capacity. She holds a TQUK Level 5 certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, as well as Diplomas in Business and Gastronomy. Ms Shelley is deeply committed to empowering others, and firmly believes that education is fundamental in helping learners secure a better future for themselves and their families.
